Chance me and I'll chance back in 5 minutes

I'm currently enrolled in Drexel University (which is #97 in US according to US News). I want to transfer as I don't feel challenged enough here, which I can see is affecting my work negatively.
Nevertheless, I really love the place itself and my co-ops are coming up soon, so I would only leave here for a really good university. Here are some that I'm planning on sending applications to: BU, NYU, Boston College, Cornell, UPenn, Brown, Columbia, Stanford.

My stats:

SAT: 2200 (Superscore)
TOEFL: 110
HS GPA: 3.9
College GPA (First quarter): 3.9

I would say that I have pretty decent ECs , (president and initiator of a student council in my HS, part of multiple organizations, volunteer in Red Cross, etc.) and my essay should also be good.

Could you rate my chances using this template:
(1 No chance at all ......... 10 You're in)

BU -
NYU-
Boston College-
Cornell-
UPenn-
Brown-
Columbia-
Stanfrod

Thank you for your time and attention )

BU - 10
NYU- 6
Boston College- 7
Cornell- 4
UPenn- 3
Brown- 3
Columbia- 2
Stanfrod - 2

Your stats are good, some of those schools are just so difficult for everyone

Thank you for the reply… Yes I know, but like I said, I wouldn’t leave Drexel for a slightly better university…

BU -8
NYU-6
Boston College-6
Cornell-5
UPenn-4
Brown-3
Columbia-3
Stanford-3

You are a strong applicant unfortunately transfer applicants have a ridiculous amount of competition. Don’t let the numbers fool you, you have a chance everywhere, they’re just super competitive schools. Best of luck!
Chance me back?
