Boston College
Northwestern
Duke
University of Rochester
Boston University
University of Michigan
University of Virginia
Binghamton University

All the Ivy league places are reaches for you because your GPA and SAT are not that high, however I don’t know much about the colleges on your list.

Academics aren’t “strong” for some of the schools you’re applying to but ECs are good. Cornell, Duke, and Norhtwestern are the ones that will pose to be difficult mainly because of relatively weaker academics. UVA and Boston College, are not guaranteed, but you have great chances there. The rest are fine.

Cornell- low reach
Boston College- match
Northwestern-reach
Duke-reach
University of Rochester-low match
Boston University-low match
University of Michigan- low match
University of Virginia- match
Binghampton University- match

Cornell- Reach
Boston College- Good chances
Northwestern- Reach
Duke- Reach
University of Rochester- Very good chances
Boston University- Very good chances
University of Michigan- Good chances
University of Virginia- Very good chances
Binghampton University- Very good chances

Cornell, Duke, and Northwestern are reaches because your GPA and SATs are a bit on the low side, but the other schools seem like great matches, especially with your extracurriculars.
