Worked at religious art program and bookstore while trying to balance school and all these other activities to go on Cambridge College Programme
Started “Paint for the Children”, an art summer initiative for children in my local area; taught them 2 hours twice a week in the summer, free of pay
Raised funds to help a Roman Catholic mission and Pies Descalzos, a non-profit started by singer and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Shakira
Extremely involved in church (play as instrumentalist, Neo-Catechumenal Way cantor, former altar server); expected reccomendation from the Archdiocese of Newark for next year…
Other: URM, from inner-city, no tutor (parents can not afford), swimming, on scholarship from a college donor at a school with an extremely hard college prep program, in all honors and high honors(History and English), disregarding freshman year, where I had to cps (French and Bio) because everyone was placed based on an unreliable Standardized Test; expected internships at United Nations and with a Congressman, 14th in nation on a National French Exam.
APs: Biology and US History I; Senior Year course load: French V AP, Art History AP, and US Gov and Politics AP, and maybe English AP</p>
