You have a good unweighted GPA and a good rigor for your courses. Your ecs look good to. Its just that some of the schools like UCLA have a high average for admit GPA, that’s not to say you wont get it. You have a chance to get in at all of those schools, just some are better then others

I love the dedication you have with volunteering and orchestra. It’s very nice. It shows to colleges that you have commitment and that you’re not some sort of resume padder, haha. Your GPA isn’t terrific but it’s decent for most of the schools you have listed. Your SAT II scores are good. You just need to work on getting that SAT up and you should be fine with your chances. :)

Very nice 5 in AP Bio Freshman year, shows that you can handle the material without the teacher/class. If your weighted GPA has some similarity to your UC GPA and assuming you had taken around 45-50 A-G Courses:
* UCLA: Reach due mainly on SAT score, E.Cs might be a factor also.
* UCSD: Match
* USR: is this UCR? if it is, than you’re in for sure.
* UCD:low match
* UC Berkley:Reach, same reasons as UCLA
* UCI: low match
* University of the Pacific: In
* USC: high match if you can improve to 2000+ on SATs
* Washington University in St. Louis: match
* Johns Hopkins: Reach, major very competitive
* Northwestern University: match
