UC GPA? Post capped weighted and uncapped weighted. https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Based on what I typed in, removing all non A-G classes (health, marketing strategies etc.) I have a unweighted GPA of a 4.0, weighted 5.0, and a weighted and capped 4.7.

UC capped weighted maximum would be with 8 semesters of honors points at 4.4, so some error in the calculation. Either way, you look like a competitive applicant for UCLA and UCSD. Just be aware that going in Undeclared and trying to switch to impacted majors like Engineering/STEM can be problematic since there is no guarantee you will be able to change majors later especially for UCSD.

Should I just mark a life science, pre-med major, if that is what I am leaning towards then?

For UCSD, the Biological Sciences are a capped major so since you are a competitive applicant, I would select that major that most interests you.
