Chance me? (applying to California and Ivy League schools)

Chance me please? I want honest but not too harsh answers.
GPA: UW-Almost a 3.3 W:3.7 or 3.8?
Test Scores: 23 for ACT, 1590 for SAT, 460 SAT Subject Literature, 540 SAT Math Level 2, 3 on the APUSH test

EC: I'm part of a club that helps minorities go to college. Played the piano for 5+ years, Community service since the 7th grade at my local homeless shelter. Debate for 2 years. Played softball for two years

Teacher recs: One from my physics teacher and one from my calculus teacher who gave me a C but noticed my commitment to raising up my grade by getting tutoring afterschool/during lunch

Other factors: I've been to several countries (outside of the country; over 15 countries), I attended a leadership conference

Senior Year Courseload: Physics (Honors), French 3, French 4 (honors), AP Literature, AP Government and Econ

Common App: For my extracurricular app I wrote about the club I've been in (minorities going to college). For my personal Essay. I wrote about my trips going to Nigeria (a third world country), my experiences and how it has influenced me to help others.

About me:
I'm a senior. I'm from California. I'm a female. I'm a first generation African American (parents are from Nigeria). My sister attended Stanford.

More info: I got C's in my math classes(which lowered my GPA) I'm not that great in math. I got C's in my Pre-Calc and Calculus (AB and BC) classes. I know my GPA isn't the greatest and it worries me. But I've been doing well in physics, I hope to do well in my other classes since the classes are pretty easy to do well on. My sister is helping me with my supplements and making sure they are strong essays.

Applied/Applying to:
UCLA
UCSD
UC Berkeley
CSU Long Beach
Stanford
Cornell
University of Chicago
Northwestern
Carnegie Mellon
NYU
Princeton
Brown
USC

Long Beach is the only one I wouldn’t call a reach and that’s because I don’t know anything about it. The rest are high reaches tbh. Your test scores and GPA are just below the schools on your list standards. You aren’t a competitive applicant. I suggest talking with your counselor about a more realistic college list.

I’m pretty sure your SAT scores will make it very, very hard to get into an ivy league university. is retaking them in january an option?
help me out, if you have the time: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1437098-really-need-some-good-advice-here.html

As an African American there’s always a chance you can get it. Don’t set any limitations, write some great essays, and if at all possible, try and take the Jan/Feb SAT/ACT. If you can get your scores above 2000/30 respectively, you have a very good shot at all the schools (though very good in respective to Ivy League is still less than 50% lol)

Ivies, NU, UChicago, CMU are out of the question. You done at best average on all tests taken. It’s just not going to happen that all scores jump in January. One test section may improve but don’t expect any 400 point total score jump on SAT’s at the eleventh hour.

You had better come up with a new list of colleges quickly.
