Chance me at schools( 1st time)

Bahaha. The only reason recommended that you retake the SAT is because you’re incredibly solid in everything else. For ECs, you’ve already firmly established your passion for the science and arts, and the only thing you need to do for your GPA is to keep it.

You are a great candidate, and if you don’t want to retake your SATs, well, you can always use that time to write THE essay. Or sleep. :)

Mind telling me what Bay Area school you go to? Since I’m from the BA too… you can pm if you want =)

Idk about the privates, but the UCs are safeties.

bump…

bump…

bump…

Ah, I forgot, could you chance me back?

You have a chance at all those places, as long as your essays are good, UPENN, Duke, Brown and Stanford are the only ones you should have trouble with. And you should still get into all of them except Stanford, were you still have a chance, but it is Stanford.

I should add, this is kind of assuming you took the harder/est workload available at your school, because 4.27 may not be high enough for a few of these schools.

hey edward, thanks for the inupt. i have taken the hardest course load, my school has 11 aps this year, and will probably only have 10 next year, i will have graduated taking all of them and have taken the highest level of classes all my years. our school has a required course called advisory where u meet with an advisor and it goes on our transcript, plus i have zero period classes and i like to take electives like student government class and drama and choir classes so im not over burdened by academics.
my junior year transcript looks like this:

0- service commission
1-student government
2-ap us history
3-ap physics
4-chamber( audition only) choir
5- ap calc bc (my school didnt offer it, i sat in an ab class and self taught myself)
6- honors english-weighted
advisory

we have a 7 period day and i have 7th off.

freshman year:
p.e.
english AS not weighted but it is the advanced level have to be reccomended by middle school teach
history as
algebra 3-4
spanish 3-4
drama advanced
bio 1-2
advisory

sophmore year
p.e.
english as
history as
pre-calculus
advanced choir
Spanish 7-8 AP i skipped the 5-6 level with a rec from my 3-4 teacher
Ap chemistry
advisory

senior year
ap government
ap english
ap biology
ap enviornmental science
health- required class half year, 2nd semester back to chamber choir
student government
advisory

so this is the hardest course load i can take at my school.
