Prairie View A&M is a safety with a full ride merit scholarship if you have a 3.50 HS GPA and 26 ACT.

Tuskegee offers “a limited number of” full tuition merit scholarships for students with 3.50 HS GPA and 28 ACT. Presumably, you should apply early. However, a full tuition scholarship still leaves about $9,000 to $12,000 of living expenses, which would be quite a stretch to cover with a federal direct loan and some work earnings. If you can retry the ACT and earn a 30, or try the SAT and earn a 1390, it qualifies you for a full ride instead of full tuition.

Ask the schools directly to find out how HS GPA is calculated (unweighted, weighted, etc.) to make sure that you qualify.
