I applied to Penn State University Park on August 1st with early action and under the Department of Undergraduate Studies. I am in state and have a 3.9 weighted GPA and 1240 SAT score. I am also a legacy and have taken 18 honors and AP classes in my high school career while being in 3 varsity sports and an officer of 3 school clubs. What are my chances for UP?
You likely have a pretty good chance. You are above the 50% range in both GPA and test scores and that’s always a good sign.
