I can only chance you for the schools I know (UCLA, UCB).
For those two UC’s you are pretty much set academically and in terms of course rigor. For your EC’s it would help to have some sort of passion that would relate to what ever you will want to major in. Just write good personal statements and you have a great chance, especially with those hooks (low income, first gen).

UCLA: High Match

UCB: Low Reach/High Match

Also remember that UCLA and UCB flat out reject thousands of 4.0’s with high SAT scores, so you need something that makes you stand out.

If you are in WA state, UW is an easy match. OOS less of a chance (and costs more, obviously), but still a match. Question: why so many IB HL?
