Please let me know my chances as I am very worried
Your gpa is low, especially for a weighted, your SAT is average. Your ECs are fine, your APs are low (how many does your school offer? it can be overlooked if they only offer a few). Your SAT math is in the bottom 25% but your RW is in the 75%. Honestly the biggest thing helping you is first gen (did your parents go to college before immigrating, because if so you aren’t first gen) and being trans (but I’m not sure exactly how much that helps). Did you make sure to click “middle eastern” under “what describes your white race” because that might also help, but again I’m not sure how much.
Overall, BU is a reach school, but not impossible.
I took pretty much every AP that my school offered (couldnt take any til junior year)
I think you have a great chance of getting in personally, even if your GPA is kind of low, especially if you’re applying ED II. I had a low SAT score and still managed to get in. (700 math, 670 rw, 1370 composite). You have an okay amount of EC’s, but you said your essay is also strong. How was your supplement essay?
@universitytime My supplements are good, wrote about what clubs and volunteer opps i was interested in there. for my trustee essay i wrote about the PC i built
