<p>I am in my first year at the University of Alberta. A top 5 university in Canada, and a top 100 globally.</p>

<p>High School:</p>
<p>GPA: My average is 88%. I don’t know how that converts but I would suspect 3.7-3.8 GPA (unweighted)</p>
<p>AP: National Canadian AP Scholar: 5’s Math, Physics, 4’s English, Social, Chem, Bio</p>
<p>Assistant Captain of High School Basketball
Captain of Wrestling Team, Also a gold medal city championship
Two years of volleyball
Also won an Athlete of the week (school has 1,500)</p>
<p>Was creator and president of Philosophy Club (Up to 6 members at one point)</p>
<p>Was in a One-Act play, won “Best Break-out Actor”</p>

<p>I did inner city volunteering in New Zealand, and Australia for 6 months.</p>
<p>I have hundreds of hours of volunteer work for my church (being that my dad is a pastor and makes me set up and take down our church in the gym for years)</p>
<p>I have also coached a spring league basketball team for two years (we were city champions if that mattes at all)</p>
<p>Also, I have lived in Canada my whole life, but I was born in America. I don’t know if that will help at all.</p>
