I got 1st and 2nd in two district competitions../ placed 3rd in state level math competition/ school soccer award/ and more... My awards are mostly state/regional/school level.

My rec letters should be pretty good. My college essay is very good according to my teachers and friends.
And I'm not applying for financial aid.

What are my chances of getting into Cornell (ED) and ND (EA)?

Well, according to the CC search sight, the average SAT score at cornell is a 2090, so you’re good on that front! The one thing that does concern me is when you say your school does not do unweighted. The thing is that colleges will probably unweight it sand convert it to a 4.0 scale. You currently have about a 3.98 weighted GPA, which, depending on how your school weights, could be a little low for cornell. Overall, however, I think you have a pretty good shot!
