I think my essays showed a true representation of who I am, and I got to read my teacher recommendation and thought it was incredibly flattering to my personality and efforts as a student.

I was raised in a family of die-hard Michigan fans, so it is definitely my number one choice. I know the decisions should be coming out tomorrow, but I'd love to see what you guys think.

Your chances are (e^(pi*i)+1)%
Just kidding.
While I cant guarantee that you’ll get in (can anyone ever?) I would certainly say you stand as good a chance as any.

Everything seems solid. You meet all of the “standards” that their admissions office looks at. A 31 ACT is about average of admitted students, which stands out as a positive for you if in-state, although its been noted that they don’t put a huge emphasis on standardized test scores. GPA seems solid at 3.9uw/4.22w. Class rank seems a bit low for this GPA, but being within the 10% seems to make their standards nonetheless. ECs are a strong point. While nothing in particular stands out to me, it’s well-rounded (as your application seems as a whole) and above the average in relation to the admitted applicant pool.

I’d say match on the basis that I see no weak points, though there are no guarantees. If I had to bet on it, I’d wager that you get accepted.

This one is getting in.

Thank you so much guys! That makes me feel a lot better, since I’m stressing out so much about tomorrow. :)

I got deferred. :(
