***I either want to do English or Math. I like both equally, so I might just do whichever gets me into a better school. Which is better? Should I apply undecided, or does that look bad?

Honestly, the only thing your missing is the score. You really just need to raise your score and write a great essay. With a 1410 and all regular decision you are unlikely to get into any of those schools.
