Chance me for 2014 TRANSFER

Im a freshman at NAU (Northern Arizona University)

High school gap. 2.73, ACT 21
Im dyslexic and have moved to a total of 2 countries, 3 states and 14 schools, which are reflected in my common app essay as a factor in the turbulence in my high school gap

If i fish my freshman year with a 3.45/3.5 what are my changes of being accepted for the next fall 2014 semester?

Its my dream school but i want to be realistic. Should i get excited or is my competition for transferring a bit higher?
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

Please use the chance forum to ask about this information, but if you would like some information about transferring, feel free to PM me.

Capri: keep in mind that HS and college GPAs are weighted about 50/50 for second year transfers. Try to keep your college GPA as close to 4.0 as possible

I spoke with the dean and he suggested that i wait an additional semester so that my high school GPA wouldnt be as big of a factor, and so that they could see a full years worth of my work at least.

Carrying a 3.5/3.7 college GPA what do u think my chances would be?
