I also have one question. For the UC gpa, does it include honors and AP classes in the gpa (weighted)? Or is it just your normal unweighted gpa?

All UC schools, including Stanford, exclude freshman year and recalculate each applicants GPA with their own formula. As a result, it does not matter if they include weighting for honors/AP unless you are thinking about a lower tier school. The only two I will comment on are Stanford and Berkeley. To these two top tier UC schools, the applicants in consideration will have all honors and AP classes, unless the applicant has a preeminent EC. You are on the low side concerning these types of classes. You should mention your race and state. This may help you (i.e. 3 honors and 2 aps from NJ is horrid, while the same number of accelerated classes is decent in Wyoming). Any other hooks will help people judge as well (i.e. URM, Olympiads, low income, first generation). Good luck.
