Question: Why do you have different threads with different stats? You need to post your true stats including the calculated UC GPA and Cal poly GPA if want want posters to chance you. You also mention 2 different AA degrees, so what is true?
based on the stats above, you are unlikely to be admitted to any of the schools you list.
UCR, UCSC, SDSU and CSULB are all much more likely.
Agree with @NCalRent. Your SAT isn’t competitive for those high end schools. Are you instate?

So what is your real unweighted GPA, 3.6 or 3.7? What is your UC weighted capped and fully weighted GPA? How about CP GPA?

So the first post with stats and schools are you? 2nd post is a friend with the Finance major? Both want chances for the same schools? What is your intended major and the UC GPA’s/Cal Poly GPA’s?
Yes the first post is me, and the second post is for a friend. My major is CS, and my UC GPA is a 3.9, while my CALPOLY gpa is a 3.7
For my friend, the UC GPA is a 3.35
stanford is extremely unlikely
