Need financial aid?

International students are compared to their countrymen and India happens to be over-represented so your chances will be difficult.
UCB and Umichigan are public universities so no financial aid for international students.
Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, and Caltech are extreme reaches.
The others will be reaches because of your GPA. If you need financial aid, your chances go down even further.

No I don’t need financial aid. Do you think my SAT and ACT scores can make up for my GPA? Plus, my most recent score would be the 98% of my second term exams. I am actually looking up on UCB as my perfect fit, but what do you say?

I had a comparable SAT (2360) and way poorer 12th scores (74% Maharashtra HSC) and still got into Ross (UMich), UCB, and UCLA (for econ though). With your ACT though, I think you have a good chance of making it to UCB, UMich, and GaTech. Perhaps CMU. I would recommend cutting down on the ivies and other top ranked universities and focussing on large state schools such as UW Madison, PSU, or UT Austin which too have highly ranked CS programs (which I assume is your intended major). Ivies generally involve a lot of luck while you’ll make it for sure to any one of these state schools and you won’t have yourself a very poor deal!
