Are you applying ED anywhere? That could boost your chances. Of course, your stats and ECs are great, but those schools are a reach for anyone. ED could help.

You are qualified to take a shot and purchase a lottery ticket for all the tippy top schools. Your essays and other subjective factors will matter a lot. Make sure your essay is reflective about YOU and conveys the type of person you are and will be on campus. Do you attend a high school with a good track record at any of these schools? Good luck, and congrats on achieving stellar stats!

@emsmom1 @thinkon thank you for the quick replies & compliments! No, unfortunately due to financial reasons, I can’t do ED, but I am doing early action at Yale. I’m working hard on my essays and expressing myself is my top priority  Yikes, my schools does not have a good track record of that. It sends one person to the ivies about…once every three years? But those people are outliers and exceptionally qualified.

You are a highly qualified applicant. If you write decent essays, it’s really up to luck to decide whether you’ll get in or not. I would be surprised if you don’t get into any top schools. However, admission can be really arbitrary. Good luck
