So, basically, assuming I send my 32 ACT and my GPA is where I say (98.5ish), do I have a good shot at getting into Cornell CALS Regular Decision? Thanks in advance

I do not think you should retake the SAT, as an ACT of 32 is decent. Your extracurricular activities are excellent, since it appears you have a large commitment to them. Therefore, I think your chances are very good. Good luck!

By the way, what concert band did you participate in grade 4?

I think you have a decent shot. I think being from NY helps, as it is considered a state school (sort of). ACT could go up a little, but I don’t think it’d hurt you. I have to disagree with @wannabefeynman though - your EC’s are decent at best. However, your GPA and ACT should be enough, but I’d hope for more opinions. Also, if it’s your #1, I’d consider applying ED

The reason I think his extracurricular activities are very good is because he/she has participated in them for at least 4 years in each one. In my opinion, that it much better than someone with 10 extracurricular activities because then they cannot give enough time to them.
