<p>GPA is really impressive. It will somewhat make up for the low ACT scores.
Your background will help you a lot. Colleges want diversity (I hope I didn’t offend you!)
It also depends on your major. Some are more competitive than others.

<p>The above poster is wrong. Both your grades and your GPA are low. Also, your EC’s aren’t terrific. You definitely have a hook, but I’m not sure if it’ll make up for the rest of your application. Best of luck to you.</p>
<p>You are in the ball park. Get that ACT up 3 or 4 points and you should be looking pretty good. I would suggest taking the SAT, but it might be too late. You will get in somewhere that will challenge you, no doubt.</p>
