You seem like a competitive candidate, but Dartmouth is an extremely selective school. There will be many others who have a similar profile to you. Your GPA is fantastic. Your SAT score is a little low. Where are your subject tests? Without two subject tests, you do not have a very good shot at getting in. Your ECs look a little scattered as well besides your clear liking for sports. Why do you want to study physics? I don’t see anything that shows you want to study physics. I’d say do something this summer or fall that really shows admissions officers that you like physics, or just science in general. Start a club at your school or make a website or make youtube videos or try getting a research internship. You want to build your application around one or two strengths of yours that convey your academic skills and intellectual curiosity
@doorrealthe I got an 800 on Math II and Physics subject tests and 780 on Chemistry subject tests and I am have been looking for internships near me
Also i am looking to start a sports science club at my high school.
Very good subject tests scores. That should help balance out your low SAT score.
Anything relevant to your intended field of interest helps. Colleges want to admit people who demonstrate passion for a particular area of study
