My stats are on the lower side, so any suggestions on improving my applications would be great.
UW GPA: 3.67 (Upward trend from bad GPA in Freshman)
ACT: 30 (Superscored)

Recommendation:
I am sure my recommendation will be great. I am working as a teacher assistant (leadership position?) for Art History and my Art History teacher will surely write a great recommendation about my passion and dedication that I have put so far.
Same with my counselor.
Major: Art History w/ Pre-med
So what are my chances for Vassar College? And for extra curricular activities that I have done for only a year, is it even worth mentioning on college app?
Any other suggestions are welcome.
