Applying to all EA where possible Any more Suggestions?

Budget?

Pretty much any. I won’t qualify for any need based aid

I’d put Berkeley and Penn at a high reach for now because you’re SATs need to be better and I don’t see a lot of major related EC’s(none, actually). UMich-low reach, UCLA-low reach. The others are matches

I would add Georgia Tech to your list if you are seriously considering Aerospace Engineering. They are well known for that major (do some research first tho). I would also say that you should apply to Umich becuase they are right at the top of many Engineering and are close to number 1 in the country (if not world) for Aerospace. If accepted to UMich (which in all honesty seems like it could happen), I would go there. My brother did Aerospace there and he never had a problem getting a job that he wanted in that field. Definitely figure out you exact GPA so there aren’t any last second surprises and try to improve that SAT. 1400 is not bad but it is average for the places you are applying. The places you are applying are not looking for average. Finally, Georgia Tech is a solid match and so are many of the other low reaches. You can get in if you put in the effort in the application.

@thickmancollege I would recommend calculating your weighted and unweighted first for sure. If you meed help post all your classes from freshman through now an what you got each semester. Also add whether it is a weighted class or not. It is relatively easy to calculate but no one can tell you much until we know that.

Umich engineering is a very low reach. But Umich LSA is possible if you write good essays.
