Generally looks good, but what is your unweighted GPA?

In state acceptance rate was 37% last year, and your stats are on the high end of the mid 50%, assuming that your UW GPA is decent. Your ECs look solid as well

I do not know what the specific acceptance rate for CS is, though, or if it is different than that rate. If not, it’s a low reach-high match.

I doubt you will get in. 1500 is a bit on the lower end.

GT’s middle SAT scores are 1390-1500, so the OP is in the top 25%.

It is 1400-1520, so The OP isn’t in the top 25%, but they are well above the median. Their math score is at the top of the mid 50% (710-790), which, for GTech, is important.

I expect, though, that the mid 50% for in-state students is somewhat lower. As an in-state student, in the top 10% of the class, with well above median stats, and a reasonably good engineering background, I stand behind my low reach-high match, unless acceptance rates to CS are substantially lower, in which case it may be a reach.

@sardines428 On what are you basing your claim?

You’re right. I looked at an old(er) common data set. Thanks for the correction.

Last year in-state CS acceptance was ~35% (OOS 13%). If the OP doesn’t get accepted it won’t be due to SAT score. I agree with MWolf that it should be a high match/low reach as the OP seems to have good rigor, including advanced math with the GT Distance program. The only question I had was UW gpa, but as long as it is above 3.75 it should be fine.
