<p>Hi everyone! I've seen users warning of the futility of "chance me?" threads, but I feel the unbiased opinions of people here would be beneficial.</p>

<p>If the consensus is that I have a chance, it would greatly calm my nerves and give me the confidence to apply, and if I'm told I don't have much of a chance, it'll make it worth the headache of retaking the SAT/ACT and the time to expand my extracurriculars or improve myself somehow. Either way, criticism is more than welcome, thank you!</p>

SAT II: Chemistry 750 / Physics 750 / (Need to take Math II)
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4.0
Rank: 1/158 (Currently valedictorian, but my school doesn't decide based on weighted GPA)

Senior Year Course Load: AP Statistics, AP Physics C, AP Calculus BC, AP Literature, Orchestra, Honors Econ/Gov, Science Research

<p>I think that you have as good of a shot as anyone at those schools. It is never a sure thing for anyone at any of those schools. Your grades and test scores look good. However, you may want to try to get SAT above 2250. You’re very close though so not necessary. What you do lack is a lot of leadership roles. I would try to obtain a leadership role in one of your academic activities. Overall, I think it’s definitely worth applying and seeing what happens. Good luck!
