Chance me for ivies + others, please?

Hello, I wanted to be chanced for a few schools. So here goes:

Competitive admission, highly-acclaimed math and science specialized high school (10-12 grade)

Asian male

School doesn't calculate GPA, but at least 3.9/4 (B's in undergrad courses, A in second semester of one of these courses --> dramatic improvement?; lots of undergrad-level courses, good teacher impressions)

SAT: (790 M, 740 CR, 800 W = 2350 superscore)

ECs:
Varsity Science Olympiad: 9-12 (tons of medals)
Environmental Club: 9-12 (Pres at old school 9th, leadership roles new school 10th, VP 11th, pres 12th)
Alternative Energy club: 9-12 (built biodiesel reactor, service projects etc)
Entrepreneurship Club: 10-12 (Board of Directors 12th)
Model UN (9-12, 2 best speaker awards)
Writer for Science Quarterly: 10-12 (11th External Affairs director, 12th section editor)
Speech Team: 10-12 (numerous awards, but not going to regionals/state until after admissions)
National Youth Policy Summit 11-12 years (in a 6-person delegation selected from a 40 person group - all math and science secondary specialty students - to present to the board of directors of a research group in Washington DC)
Participant in Youth Urban Planning Project with final proposal for entrepreneurial development
All-district orchestra for 11th and 12th: Viola
3 Engineering Internships at large universities: 2 papers published, 1 conf attended

SAT IIs: probably both 800s

APs: World History, Bio, Env Sci, US History, Macro and Micro, Phys C, BC Calc, Chem (all
5s)

Community service totalling 250-300 hrs

Business proposition for engineering device geared toward energy savings

I'm really touting myself as the environmentally-savvy, entrepreneurially-minded engineer.

Chance me for these schools, please? I'll chance back.
- UPenn (Wharton, engineering, or combined program, ED)
- Stanford (similar deal)
- HYP
- Johns Hopkins
- MIT
- Columbia
- Boston University
- UC Berkeley
- Northwestern

Why do you say your SAT II’s are “probably 800’s”? If you applied ED to Penn you would know your scores by now.

I’m actually a junior, and have expected (and not unreasonable) accomplishments for senior year. Sorry, I forgot to write that in the original post.

I’m expecting Bio, Math II to be both 800, and potentially a third (which I will leave out for now).

UPenn (Wharton, engineering, or combined program, ED) - high match

Stanford (similar deal) - low reach

HYP - reach

Johns Hopkins - high match

MIT - reach

Columbia - low reach/high match

Boston University - match

UC Berkeley - match

Northwestern - high match

Only junior year, so see what you can do with that GPA (it’s veeery good, I just mean either keep it that way, or try and get it up) Junior year is the most important year, so just don’t lose focus, and you’re good!

Thanks for the help! Any further suggestions as far as ECs go? I have very specialized leadership, so…

bump… 10 char

Your subscore adds up to 2330, not 2350, unless you mistyped a subscore. Anyways, a 20-point difference isn’t that big a deal, though, especially when you’re in the 2300s. I agree with the other posters on your chances. I hope to meet you at Wharton next year!!!

Your only a junior year? (Good thing on your part =P)
Just curios, did you take AP physics c, calc, bio, chem, all in freshmen and sophomore year?

@iBelieveSo

Yeah, I’m a junior. I have yet to take BC, Phys C, and chem this year (I already took bio and everything else). I’m finishing the full BC track (equivalent of BC III) this semester.

Any advice?

Thanks :)
