CHANCE ME FOR IVY LEAGUES???! (I'll chance back)

I thought I have been doing well in freshman and sophomore year but my current junior year has been a downfall, especially my first semester grades.
I am currently attending Whitney M. Young Magnet Highschool, which is considered one of the Top 3 highschools in Chicago so it is really stressful and full of overachievers....

Here are the stats:

Freshman:

Honors Biology- A/A
Honors Algebra I- B/A
Honors Japanese I- A/A
Honors Survey Lit- B/A
Advanced Orchestra- A/A
Physical Education - A/A

Sophomore:

Honors Geometry -B/A
Honors Chemistry-B/A
Honors World Studies-A/A
Honors American Lit-A/A
Honors Japanese II- A/A
Physical Education-A/A
H Philharmonic Orchestra-A/A

So far Unweighted GPA: 3.8 out of 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.8 out of 5.0

I thought 2 B's for first semester grades were already bad enough,
until Junior year hit me. I've never received such bad grades in my life.
These are my final first semester grades.

Junior:

Honors Trig- C
Honors Jap III- A
Honors Physics - B
AP Chemistry - B
Honors US history- B
Honors Brit Lit - B
Art - A

Current Unweighted: 3.75
Weighted: 4.65

I've lost all my hope for any prestigious colleges because of that C.
There are so many B's..... this is definitely a big dip in my report card..
Especially it's my junior year, do I even have any chances?

Extracurriculars

Clubs:
Habitat for Humanity (3 years)
Baking Club (2 years)
Key Club- Vice President Co Chair (4 years)
Polish Club (1 year)
National Honors Society (2 years)
Student Council (Div. rep) (1 year)

Community Service:

Teacher/ Assistant teacher for local Korean School (2 years)

Other
-2nd Chair for 1st Violin in Philharmonic Orchestra
-Member of Northside Youth Symphony Orchestra for 8 years, and WY Philharmonic Orchestra for 2 years
-Won awards in various orchestra performances
-100+ service horus
-Received "Principal Scholars" which are given to top academic students above the gpa of 4.0
- Much more I can't think at the top of my head

For Senior year, I programmed for these AP classes:
AP Lang (Comp)
AP Japanese
AP Psychology
AP 2D Studio Art

With AP chem this year, 5 AP's seem to be really few..but we barely had any options Freshmen/Soph year. Is it really not that much?

Fortunately, so far my 2nd semester grades are straight A's and two B's for Trig and Physics. If I bring them up, do I still have hope for any Ivy leagues?

My college priority is location, and I really want to live in California. It is perfect for me, the city/suburban life at the same time.
However this is a problem because I heard Cali rarely admits out of state schools.....IS THERE ANYHOPE FOR A CHICAGOAN?!
I know I want to major psychology, possibly minoring in Film.

Will these be reach schools if I raise my grades?

UC Berkeley
UC Los Angeles
USC
&Standford University (FOR THEIR LOCATION/PSYCH PROGRAM!!)
NYU
Cornell
Princeton
Brown
Dartmouth
Yale
Duke
or any other POSSIBLE Ivy reaches?! Recommendations please!

Oh also my expected ACT is a 30-32.

Alright, I don’t want to sound all pessimistic and discouraging, but your junior year you fell hard, and that projected ACT score is pretty low… try to get around a 35, and it’ll be pretty good…
As far as UCLA and USC go, I know a ton of people from my school that make it in with similar stats, but then again, they have a much higher ACT score, and they took a lot more APs. You have a shot though, because your statistics are kinda off…
California actually has started to accept MORE out of state applicants (at least the UCs), because of financial reasons… HOWEVER, you probably won’t be receiving financial aid if you do get into those UCs…
I would also consider UCSD (it’s also pretty highly ranked) and UC Davis (That’s also pretty high), but as for the APs, my school didn’t offer any my freshman/sophomore year either (except for AP Euro), but I was able to self study and take the Bio, Euro, and Calc AB exams for my fresh/soph. year… regardless, as for the IVYs, it’s a VERY VERY high reach, the UCs/USC= slight reach, NYU is a match/slight reach, and Duke is gonna also be a pretty high reach…
UCs and USC mainly focus on your GPA/ACT scores though, they aren’t too big w/ ECs (even though they might say they are), and you should trust me on the UC/USC stats, because my school is one of their major feeder schools (at least for USC,UCLA, and UC Berk.)

If you could chance me as well, that’d be great  thanks…
