I have a sister who is an alumni, I am a white male and I'm an in-state student. I just recently received my glowing letter of recommendation from my AP Lang teacher who is also the coordinator of all AP courses and the National Honor Society.
My guidance counselor keeps telling me not to worry and I have a pretty good chance but I just can't stop freaking out about this.. Please respond

Your guidance counselor is wise. You have a really good shot of getting in! I think you will most likely get in. The letter of recommendation may help, but probably not too much, and your sister does not make you count as a legacy so that will not help either. However, you seem to be heavily involved with your ECs (although I don’t see any major field of interest? Maybe it’s just me…), and that will help enormously in the application process. Good luck!
Chance me back? “Chances at JHU, BC, UPenn…”
