Chance me for Johns Hopkins's Hodson Trust scholarship?

My school uses a 100 point GPA system, and weights AP classes 1.2 and honors classes 1.1. I have (as my cumulative GPA) a 94 unweighted and a 103 weighted. My class rank is 15 out of ~403 ish, and my SAT score is 1560 and ACT is 35.
APs, including senior year: Human Geography, Calc AB, Lit/Comp, US History, Chem, Bio, Calc BC, Lang/Comp, Gov, Comp Sci
All other classes were honors, and only because AP wasn’t offered

ECs, excluding senior year:
Tae kwon do (second degree black belt, de facto leader of “Black Belt Club”) for 9 years
Private lessons in Indian drum for 5 years
Habitat for Humanity (ran for and lost officer position) for 2 years
Model UN (ran for and lost officer position, twice) for 3 years
NHS (ran for and lost officer position) for 1 year
Volunteering at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital over the past three summers, total of about 100 hours
Volunteering at my local library, total of about 50 hours

From what I’ve seen, people here usually have about twenty different ECs including a whole bunch of leadership positions, of which I have exactly one. Is there any chance I could get the Hodson scholarship?
