Chance me for Medical Scholars Programs

Hi there! So here's my info:
SAT
Math 2: 800
SAT (first time): 2170
SAT (2nd time): 2280
SAT (3rd time): 2290

(not that it matters, but PSAT = 231)

I'm planning on taking the Bio SAT this May or June.

GPA: (all A's so far)
Freshmen: 4.0
Sophomore: 4.2
Junior (1st semester): 4.5

Extracurriculars:

Leadership:
Class president for 3 years
ASB president next year
Interact Club boardmember for 2.5 years
Indian Club treasurer for 2 years, president next year
California Scholarship Federation club member for 3.5 years

Athletics:
Cross country (3 years)
Track (2 years)
Dance team (6 years)

I want to start choosing which colleges I apply to (don't want to apply to colleges that I have no chance of getting into, waste of money!). Since I am sure that I want to be a doctor, I want to try to get into Medical Scholars programs (my goal is the UCSD - yeah, I live in CA - or Brown ones), but I have no idea if those are possible. Please let me know if there are any other programs that you think I could also get into (Medical Scholars or Accelerated programs). I would also appreciate any other schools that are especially good for undergrad pre-medical studies. Thank you!

Brown PLME: Reach

Yeah, that’s what I thought. But what about the UCSD one? Or any other ones?

UCSD Med-Scholars: Reach (they only have ~10-15 spots yearly)

Can you explain why the program is a reach? And any other programs that are possible. I just want to know my options.
