Hey i got a 1110 out of 1600 on my sat 590 in math and 520 in reading. I want to to go into engineering as an undergrad student. I am currently a high school junior and that was the first time i took the SAT so i envision my score will go up. What are some engineering schools that i could probably apply to and be accepted into besides Michigan state . My unweighted gpa is 3.62 and my weighted is a 3.7
Need to know a little more. What state, what classes, honors, ap, are you taking the SAT again.
That seems to convert to a 24 on the ACT, which is quite good.

If you do better on the SAT, and say you get a 1250-1290, then you have a wonderful chance of getting accepted.
There is a college supermatch ability on this site.
Here are a couple comparable schools
Michigan Tech
University of Alabama
Kettering University.
Then there is always MSU’s rival, U of Michigan. That one is a little bit more prestigious.
If you live in MI, then your guid counselors office will be able to give you great advice-- at this point, you’re iffy. Other ABET engineering schools to consider are LTU, UM Dearborn, Grand Valley State. UM Ann Arbor COE isn’t realistic.
