Will my stats make up for my very low GPA? I messed up my freshman and sophomore year but I’m wondering if my good test scores and extra curriculars will get me in.

Also a 3.4 weighted

If coming from a top public school in Michigan, your chances to get into MSU will certainly increase. A 3.1 is lower than usual. MSU probably expects a 3.3 unweighted, but your ECS and test scores are good and may pull you.
