Your GPA is great, but you need to retake your SAT. You currently have a 1990, but in order to be competitive at MIT admission you need a 2200 at least. I would probably send in my ACT scores, take SAT Subject test, and ditch the SAT. Your extra-curricular are fantastic, and you seem to have taken a rigourous course load. Remember to work really hard on you essay, and I think you have a fair shot. Other schools to consider:

University of Illinois Urbana Champaign-match
University of Texas Austin- high match
UC Berkley-Reach
Georgia Tech- low reach
UCSB-match
Purdue- low match

Don’t both retaking the SAT I- go with your ACTs. And check out Rice, Wash U and Harvey Mudd (part of the Claremont consortium). CalTech is another major reach, but might also be worth a shot.
