Rank: School doesn't officially rank (counselor said I was 4th in a class of 820)

SAT: 2270 (720 CR, 800 M, 750 W, 8 Essay)
SAT II: Math II- 800, Chemistry- 790, planning to take Biology this fall
AP's: Taken- U.S. History (4), Stats (5), Chemistry (5), Biology (4), Lang&Comp (5), MicroEcon (4), Euro (3)
Rigor: Took all the AP classes available that could still fit into my schedule (got 1 B Junior year and the rest are some forms of A)</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Chess Team (9-12)- Captain for 2 years, won team State championship sophomore year, MVP of the regional area junior year in an undefeated season, play and placed in various state and national competitions, rated between Class A and Expert</p>

<p>Math Team (9-12)- Active member for all three years so far, qualified for state competition sophomore and junior year, selected for the state American Regions Mathematics League team sophomore and junior year (captain of the B2 team junior year), qualified for AIME sophomore year</p>

<p>Tennis Team (9-12)- Made JV team freshman and sophomore year (best record during freshman year), made varsity in junior year (played doubles), won the doubles section in a regional school tournament junior year</p>

<p>Science Olympiad (9-12)- Participated little in freshman and sophomore year, became much more involved junior year as an event leader, placed in various regional and state competitions, school placed 1st overall at regionals and 4th at states</p>

<p>Member of NHS (11-12)</p>

<p>Volunteering:
- Local Chinese school: about once a week for 2 hours during the school year
- Assistant teacher for chess in an after-class program at the Chinese school during freshman year
- Assisted in the children's summer reading program for 5 weeks during junior year</p>

- Worked at a biology lab during the summer before senior year for two weeks</p>
