Stanford
Georgia Tech EA
Virginia Tech
NC State (Hoping for Park Scholarship) EA

Baylor with President’s Gold Scholarship (Hopefully Regents’ Gold when NMF)
UNC-C

Your gold applicant. You are exacttly what these schools are looking fore.

MIT: reach
Harvard: low reach
Princeton: low reach
Duke: high match
Stanford: high match
Georgia Tech: low reach
Virginia Tech: safety
NC State: safety

Good luck!!!

^^ With all due respect, you do you know exactly what the schools on his list are looking for? Why is MIT a reach but Harvard and Princeton a low reach? Stanford had a 4.7% acceptance rate last year is not a high match form most everyone.

Good grades and test scores, service trips abroad will not mean that much to most top schools, rest of ECs are pretty standard with no state or national recognition. You’re a competitive applicant but the competition for an unhooked applicant is fierce. You’ll get into most of the lower schools on your list and if your essays and recs are superb you may get into some tippy tops. Best of luck!

@FallingCarrot @Multiverse7 Update: Deciding between the Park Scholarship and MIT at the moment. Thanks for the comments!
