OP, It sounds like you are challenging yourself quite a bit, and you seem to be doing very very well. Your GPA seems very good, but coming from a Northern VA very competitive public HS, this GPA might put you in the top 5%, or maybe you barely meet the top third. What does your HS GC say about the Naviance results - where have similar stat students from your HS gotten accepted?
WIth your excellent SAT scores, you are clearly a smart enough kid to understand how you may not be an automatic admission to all of the tippy top schools in the country. But it sounds like you have a great list of schools and you will get serious consideration from all of them. I would be surprised if you got into all of them (UVA and VT are reaches for everyone), but I would be more surprised if you don’t have a choice of at least 5 or 6 of them.
Since you are applying to Northeastern ED, I think you have a real shot there.
