Chance me for Northwestern, WUSTL, and Johns Hopkins?

Rising senior here. These aren't the only school's I plan on applying to, but I'm just worried I might be applying to too many reaches. I understand that these schools are very similar in selectivity, so what I'm hoping for is that these are more "high matches" than reaches.

Stats:
UW GPA: 3.9
8 AP's by end of senior year
ACT: 35
2 800's on subject tests
unfortunately, I have below average extracurriculars: no NHS, not even a varsity sport (only made JV). However, I do currently volunteer at a hospital, as I intend to go into pre-med.

i think all of them might be reaches for you but it depends. what’s your wgpa? Also many of the most selective colleges choose people with above average extracurriculars. btw, your test scores are impressive but i think the schools you have chosen want a well rounded student but you should apply to them. please chance me: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1675206-chance-me-for-georgia-tech-please.html#latest

Not sure what my weighted GPA is, but I know for sure it is better than my unweighted.

Weighted GPA doesn’t matter because every school weights differently

I think you’re fine. That type of ACT score can make up for weak ECs
