Chance me for Notre Dame +other schools!!!!

I'm really nervous about my chances getting into one of these great schools because of my class percentile and the fact that I'm not a legacy or a varsity athlete. I'm just trying to figure out what some realistic options are for me as far as applying goes. Thank you so much!
Currently a junior
I have an unweighted 3.6 GPA on a 4pt scale
I've been taking pre AP/AP classes all throughout high school (AP World Hist, US Hist, Physics, Eng III, as a senior Stat/Calc, Bio, AP Eng IV, Gov/Econ)
I got a 204 on my PSAT- so when the results come back I've got a shot at National Merit Commended Scholar- but I really don't know yet
1910 on my first SAT (I'm taking it again in march)
I've been on the drill team at my school since freshman year will have been an officer for 2 years
Psychology Club, Student Council, UIL Academic Competitions for 4 years (service hours through each)
National Honor Society for 2 years (the max) (service hours also)
National Charity League for 4 years- collecting over 120 hours of service just in this organization-3 years of being an officer
National Society of High School Scholars
Tons of volunteer hours through my church
Volunteer for The Transformation Initiative- service group helping children in Africa get educations and necessary supplies
Editor of school Newspaper (3 years-max)
Video Announcements(2 years- max)- part of a staff that won $15,000 through the Macy's National Lip Dub Contest
I'm in the top 8% of my HS Class
Lettered in Academics and in Belles (dance team)
Hoping to double major in Business/Marketing and Communications
If there's anything else you need to know, let me know!

What are my chances of getting into: Notre Dame (top choice-Catholic, med. size, overall amazing school), Vanderbilt, Georgetown, Northwestern
Where else might be a good fit for me?

Those are all reaches considering your somewhat low GPA and your low SAT score. Retake your SAT and get a 2100+ and work to get your GPA above a 3.75 and your odds will be better. As of right now, not happening at those schools. Consider Case Western, Boston University and as low reaches Boston College and NYU

Thank you so much! I’ve been looking into Case Western- would you consider that a “good school” or “target school” or whatever?

Might look at Holy Cross-great school 1 hour from Boston.
