<p>Besides what the titles says, I would also like to know anything different (thats not already given on the NYU website) about Steinhardt's admission process...is it one of the harder schools at nyu to get into? I'm looking to major at media & communications...my stats:
IB Diploma student
Sat - 1750 (I'm taking it again next month and hoping to get a better score, something around 2000 ideally!)
GPA - 3.30/4 Cummulative (thats UW I think)...The reason my GPA is so low is because I tale the hardest classes at school..
I took two sat subject tests (math 2 and Lit) and my scores are in the 500s...in this case, do you think i should bother sending in these scores or is it only going to make me look bad? :/
I have great ECs on the other hand...
Internships in the field if interest (PR/journalism/Advertising), tons of community service, leadership positions in 2 clubs in the same area of interest at school amongst other and great recs..
I'm just worried sick about my SAT scores :( Theres nothing much i could do to my GPA right now as I'm a senior..
And back to my previous question, any idea on how challenging Steinhardt's process is and for a student like me?</p>
