I think you nyu and cas are match to low reach for you.
You have pretty good GPA and extracurricular activities. But do you know how many hours you have done for the volunteer? And the major you are trying to get in?

NYU CAS EDII: Match
Binghamton: Match
BU: Match
NEU: Match
Buffalo: Safety
Stony Brook: Safety
Poly Tech: Safety (I assume you meant NYU Poly)
Polytechnique (Montreal): Low match (if you take a third SAT II and score ~700, assuming you aren’t attending Polytechnique for AeroE or BiomedE)
