Based on the amount of activities you have and that your parents graduated from there I would say high match! Good luck to you! Im also applying there but please chance me back!

It would be a high match due to the lack of honors/AP classes and average ACT score, but since both your parents went there and your unweighted GPA is pretty good, I’d consider it a match for you. Thanks for chancing me for Princeton ED!

I feel as if you are at a disadvantage due to the lack of rigor in secondary course work, however I think if your essays are good enough, then you have a chance at getting in. It would say it is a target school.

Although you didn’t take a large number of honors or AP classes, your connections, activities, and community service should be more than enough to make up for it. You have a very good chance. Good luck !!!

I would say target, possibly low match - numbers could be stronger, but you’re active in extracurriculars and both your parents are alumni, which always helps.

Unfortunately I’m not at all familiar with OSU, so I can’t really chance you for it. One thing though, I’m pretty sure that alumni status isn’t weighed very much in admissions at state schools (did they ask you about it in the application?) However being in-state definitely does help, and you do have involvement in ECs. Also remember that APs is in context of your school, so if you only took 3 out of 20 in comparison to 3 out of 6 available APs, it certainly has an effect on how your app is read. That’s all I can say. Good luck to you :)

I think you have a decent shot at a admissions as long as you attempted to take the most rigorous coursework your school offers and are in state.
