Chance me for Penn?

I'm a high school junior at one of the top public high schools in my state. Penn is my dream school and I want to apply early decision to CAS. Here are my stats:
GPA:4.0
SAT I: Haven't taken but have scored as high as 2310 on practice tests-- my goal is a 2200 in the real test.
SAT II: not yet
Extracurriculars: Played varsity baseball for the #1 ranked school team as a sophomore..will letter as a Jr and Sr at my school,
Play on elite-level baseball team in top 18 year old league in the state; this consumes most of my summer so i don't really have time to do any internships/college camps/etc as I am playing baseball nearly every day.
Should be valedictorian in class of ~750-800 with the MRA curriculum at my school (IB diploma + HL math)
National Honors society
Might get National Merit finalist, 50/50 chance
Volunteer at a food bank in the inner city helping many people who do not speak english, minorities, immigrants and people with disabilities. It's been pretty life changing.
I am a volunteer tutor with my library system.
I'm in several clubs but don't have any leadership.. I'm trying to get in a leadership role for next year but it's competitive for spots at my school because so many students are high achievers.
I'm an IB diploma student so I will have CAS and EE done by graduation
Good chance of getting "Washington Aerospace Scholars" award which is a scholarship given to top performers in Washington state in science

Minor stuff:
Captain of 9th grade football team
Went to nationals in 9th grade for baseball, placed 5th
Nominated twice for school's scholar athlete award
Member of school's top math team

Does anyone know of any scholar athlete programs to apply to that I could potentially get awards for? I feel like this is my greatest strength and may cause me to get recruited by an Ivy league school. I've heard of the Wendy's high school heisman but I don't know if that's for juniors or seniors, and apparently it's past the cutoff date.

your a junior and have not taken any tests. keep doing ec’s and come back next year when people can give you a more accurate indication

agreed with above. too early.
