Chance me for Princeton!

I've been lurking the forums for a while now, and have always been aching to type one of these up. I see a chance thread as a pseudo-collection of what defines someone to an absolute stranger. Please be kind! I'm coming from a semi-competitive (in the upper ranks at least) public school. Thanks for your time!

Ok,
just because posts like these have the same effect on me as red on bull, here are my comments and predictions.

 1. You will never get in to Princeton ED next year (figure it out yourself)
 2. You wont be able to apply to UChicago next year (ditto)
 3. While your high reaches are exactly that, imo Cornell, JH UChicago and Brown are more like high matches than reaches
 4. Your matches are more like low matches
 5. There are no safeties in the college admission world
 6. A legacy status applies to undergrad school. Working for an institution may give you a push if you retained many influential friends in that institution.
 7. You have great stats.

Oh damn. I just read over the EA policy again. Let me edit my post- thanks for pointing that out!

KC

Wow you have amazing grades.
I think that the schools that you think are reaches are definitely within reach. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got in. And please don’t be so mean to people in school. Don’t talk to people behind their backs. It’s such a stupid thing to do; they eventually find out.
