The particular interviewer I had caught me complete off guard with his questions (in a good way—they were unique). I didn’t really intentionally emphasize anything, but I think I was certainly very genuine.

And ask however many questions you actually have. I never asked more than two questions anywhere, and they were deep ones.

Okay so be genuine and ask questions that you have? Also should I sent my interviewer a thank you note afterwards?

Yes! It’s a thoughtful, polite thing to do. And what school doesn’t like thoughtful and polite people in its community?
