Hey! My mom went to Vassar and my uncle went to Reed, so I know a lot about these colleges! Everyone has a “chance” of getting in to these school if they apply. However, both Reed and Vassar are heavy on the writing and the fact that your SAT writing score is well below their averages, I think the likelihood of you being accepted to either school is low. Why are you interested in these schools? In my opinion, both Vassar and Reed, although they have strong math and science programs, cater more to those interested in the humanities and social sciences. Based of the info you posted, you seem more interested in the sciences.

Check out Bates, Colby, Davidson, Swarthmore and Oberlin. You should take the SAT again though or maybe try the ACT. You most likely would need a 2100 on SAT or a 32 on ACT. Best of luck!
