Liberal Arts Colleges

Hi,
So I study in an English medium High School in Delhi. I gave 2 back-to-back SATs in December and January and got a 2250 and a 2290 (superscore 2330). During the first term of 11th grade, I performed second highest in the class. However my school performance has dropped in the second semester of 11th grade by 10%. I have a substantial and varied background in extracurriculars, which include awards from International level MUNs, along with 2 respectable internships, being Vice president of the Student Representative Body, alongside dozens of small competitions, social work etc.
I plan on applying to Liberal Arts Colleges such as Carleton, Pomona, Williams, Grinnell, Amherst, Bowdoin, Wesleyan etc.
How are my chances? My primary concern remains my fluctuating grades, which give a negative impression in college applications.

Do you need financial aid?

I do

Consider broadening your search to a range of LACs, not just the very top ones. Denison, Earlham, DePauw, Rhodes, Beloit, St. Lawrence, Wooster, Hendrix, Sewanee, OWU, Centre, Trinity U, Furman, Gettysburg, Dickinson, etc all have 1) excellent academics, 2) highly accomplished faculty, 3) and international students who are very happy there. If you move away from the coasts, and into the Midwest and the South, your chances of admission increase substantially. The Common Data Set for each school will give you a breakdown of categories of applicants, and the webpages of each of these schools often have information specifically for international applicants. I saw on the Sewanee EA page that an Italian student received a full-ride scholarship for the upcoming year. At Earlham we talked to an international student on scholarship who was really happy there. Good luck to you!

Williams, Amherst seem like reaches.

I would say you have a fairly decent chance. Maybe a 30% chance or so.

But I agree with @MidwestDad3 you might not just want to look at the top ones. Trinity, Union, Bates are great choices for you too.
