Chance me for RSI/MITES/Cornell Nanobiotech

im currently a junior and i really want to attend one of these programs over the summer. regarding my essay, i am really passionate about learning science, but i have trouble expressing myself as eloquently as other writers do...any advice on that? here are the stats:
GPA/Rank- top 10/180, idk my gpa yet
psats- havent gotten em yet, =(, but, go for 205-215
SATs/ACTs- havent taken
SAT II math 2c- 710...ew
AP Stat- 4 (self study)
yeah...lacking on the scores right now...
im in ap calc/ ap bio/ took bio honors/chem honors/ physics honors (chem/physics together)
i have participated in cty for 3 summers prior to soph year, courses were: medical science, biotechnology, chemistry in society...all heavily science related...although the first 2 CTY sessions i attended were outside of high school, do they still count to my benefit??
im indian, and i guess avg middle class
i volunteer at a hospital....my carrer goal is to be a doctor/research scientist
i have volunteered at medical camps b4..if that means anything
i will get good recs from a math/sci teacher, and also a good one from my counselor....but my main fear is expressing myself in a way that the readers know exactly how passionate i am...??
so chance me on that...and let me know of any other science related programs i can attend for the summer. PM me if you need any more info...

thanks for the help guys

damn, lookin at that after posting it...its longggg, sorry

RSI: Really low (I'm talking like.... <5%)
MITES: Almost as hard as RSI (reach for you)
Cornell Nanobiotech: I'm not sure, but I'm aware of it's prestige. Hopefully you'll get into this.

i agree with flippy.

Rutgers university looks promising
