My counselor recommendation is between good and great

Please rate me, I really want to get into Penn SEAS!!!

I think they might be worried about the low CR/Writing and high school English marks.

However, judging by your ACTs and Math/Physics scores you would be a great applicant!

Did you take the TOEFL or are you not required to because of international school?
A strong TOEFL would definitely boost you up.

All in all I’m sure you’ll do great. Best of luck!

I got a 99 on my TOEFL, and thanks for the comment. Do you think Applying ED helps a lot. Is the acceptance significantly greater? If not then still, i will apply ED because I am in love with PENN

I believe most schools are looking for a score over 100 (I don’t think the single point is going to make the difference).

I did not see a minimum TOEFL requirement for Penn, so I think that’s irrelevant anyways.
If you think you have a chance to improve an English grade (be it SAT/ACT/TOEFL or whatever) I would do it. If you don’t see a clear shot at significant improvement (which might be a possibility) do not postpone your application.

I, too, am head over heels in love with the school. Actually, I just visited (my plan was 24 hours and I ended up staying 4 days).

any other comments please!!!
